Tomi gives Claude a real phone line. Ask Claude to book a table in Istanbul, chase a lost bag in Madrid, or confirm a hotel late check-in — Tomi dials the number, an AI voice agent conducts the conversation in the local language, and the transcript and outcome report come back into your chat. Built for international and cross-language calls: the agent speaks many languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Arabic, Indonesian, and counting — so you can get things done where you don't speak the language or can't call without roaming. How it works: - find_target looks the place up on the web first: a dialable number, address, opening hours — start from just a business name or a link. - place_call starts a real outbound call from a task description; Claude follows it in near-real-time via get_call_status (long-poll): within seconds you know whether a human answered, it hit an answering machine, or the agent is on hold — with a live event timeline and transcript tail, then the final report and full transcript. - The agent navigates phone menus (IVR) on its own; send_dtmf lets you press keys yourself. - estimate_cost prices a call up front. Credits are pay-per-call; your first two calls (20 minutes combined) are free. - If nobody picks up, Tomi can prepare a WhatsApp click-to-chat fallback (get_whatsapp_link) — nothing is sent automatically. Safety: nothing is dialed without you. Before each call the server asks you to approve that specific one — number, task, language, when it runs, what it costs — and a scheduled call is approved the same way when it is set up, never later. Tomi only calls numbers you supplied or approved: place_call records where the number came from (your message, a screenshot or link you shared, a lookup you asked for, your contacts) and never invents one. Every call opens with a spoken disclosure that the caller is an AI assistant acting for a client — it cannot be disabled. Calls are recorded to produce your report.
