Common Paper
Common Paper is a contract platform for revenue and legal teams. Create templates, customize contracts, negotiate terms with counterparties, collect signatures, and kick off billing - all from one workflow. This connector brings your agreement data into Claude. Ask what's waiting for signature, look up a counterparty's terms, compare payment schedules across active contracts, or draft and send a new NDA from your standard template without leaving the conversation. Supports any kind of agreement including NDAs, Cloud Service Agreements, DPAs, BAAs, Professional Services Agreements, Letters of Intent, Pilot Agreements, Software Licenses, and Design Partner Agreements. Read tools run without interrupting you; anything that creates, sends, or voids an agreement always asks first. Requires a Common Paper account. Authentication is handled through OAuth - no API key needed.
